Customise your Golf Coach App
Customise Golf Coach App so it looks like you created it yourself.
You have the ability to make it your own color, add your logo, add your photo and pick your custom Coach Code.
The code will allow your students to connect with you easily and once they log in they will feel like they are in your app.
You can also pick your own filming angles to ensure that your students film their swings just how you want to receive them.
Receive payments via golf coach app
You have the option of selling subscriptions to students via Golf Coach App or to charge them once-off payments.
You can charge different students different rates. Each Coach can charge their students in their own currency.
We use the payment platform Stripe to collect the money from your students. Money gets paid directly from Stripe to your account. supported countries
**Coaches not in one of these countries can still register and use all the other features in the app with their students.
Video Filming tools
You have the ability to pick the angles you want your students to film their swings from, before they send it to you.
We ensure the size of the video on screen is just right.
We trim the length of the videos to 4 seconds.
Video is recorded in 240 frames per second but plays back in real speed.
That way the swings will arrive the way you want to receive them. We have also built a levelling tool into the video recorder.
Shot Information
We record information about the shot for you.
This includes, club used, strike on club face, shape and trajectory of shot, start line and finish location of shot, intended trajectory and shape of shot, how the player felt about the shot, text note and voice note.
This way you won’t be guessing what you’re dealing with when you receive a swing.
Video Quality
Your students can only send you videos filmed inside the app to ensure you have the best chance of receiving quality videos.
The video you will receive from your student, will be level, since we have a levelling tool built in. It will be trimmed to 4 seconds in length. It will play back in real speed but still have 240 frames. The angle of your video will be just as you want it, since the student will use your own custom filming angle to film the video. The size on screen will be just right.
There is also an option for your students to film long videos as in when filming routines etc., in this case the frame rate will decrease and file size will be smaller per second.
Video Review tools
The video review tool is state of the art.
You can view your students shot info and text note within the review tool and add a video within video to explain yourself better and demonstrate to your student.
We have a state of the art scroller, with fast and slow mode for moving through videos, plus all the other features you would expect.

Student Goals
Your student has the ability to add his/her weekly, medium term and long term goals.
You will get a notification and can see exactly what they plan for the upcoming week, year or career.
Golf Stats
Our Strokes Gained Golf Stats App, Golf Stats Coach integrates seamlessly with Golf Coach App.
Each time your student enters a round of golf in Golf Stats Coach, you will get a notification in your chat feed and can view their stats instantly.
Your student will have to use the same email address to register for Golf Coach App and Golf Stats Coach for the integration to happen.
Paying students vs. no payment required
You can have three types of students,
Paying
Waiting for payment
No payment required
Paying students are currently paying for a subscription. Waiting for payment students have not yet paid for a subscription but are required to. No payment required students can use the full functionality of the app without paying. As the Coach, you decide who pays and when.
Templates
Templates contain images, videos, drills, quizzes etc. that you can use with your students.
Templates will help you:
Add extra value to your students when you give them video feedback on an in person lesson. You can use a template to add more content to the lesson, sketching a clearer picture of what you are teaching them.
Engage students and add value to them in between in-person lessons by sending them content that is valuable to them. In Templates you will find this content.
Make Online Coaching easy, by having all the supplemental information you need to give sensible feedback to a student right there in Templates within Golf Coach App.
Create courses or mini-courses you can sell to students, for eg. "How to gain more speed in your swing."
Tags & search
Each video sent to you will be auto tagged with all the shot info so you can find videos easily later on.
You also have the ability to add custom tags to any video, image, message etc.
This makes searching easy later on.
more Features
My Coaching Library makes it easy to store and distribute your content
Store videos, images, voice notes, documents and text notes in My Coaching Library inside Golf Coach App. This will allow you to distribute drills or other information quickly to students. Tag all your content to easily find later.
Organise students in groups to filter and communicate with multiple students at once
Place all your students in groups, that way you can broadcast messages to specific students at any time.
Make a video of an image
With Golf Coach App you have the ability to create a video of an image. You can do this by adding a voice over, drawing lines on screen, adding your own face via the cameras on the phone etc.
Pin chats to top of your chat list
If you really want to remember to respond to a specific student, but don’t have the time to do so at present. Pin the chat, it will go to the top of your chats list and stay there until you unpin it. To pin a chat, simply long-hold on the chat. This way you will see it each time you go to your chat feed and will be reminded to respond.
Send broadcast messages
If you want to send the same message to multiple or all your students at once, use the broadcast feature. You can access it in the menu top right of the home screen.
Send voice, text, documents, videos or images
You have the ability to send voice notes, text notes, documents, videos and images to your students via the Golf Coach App.
Manage students - accept or reject Coaching requests
Each time a new student enters your Coach Code as they register for Golf Coach App, you will receive a Coaching Request inside the app. You then have the option of accepting or rejecting the Coaching Request from that specific student.
Update your status and broadcast to students
You can update your “status” and it will be displayed to all your students on their home screen in the app. Make announcements, share cool content, advertise new services, get creative. It’s a useful way of letting your students know what is going on with you.
Invite other members to join student feed
Other members (parents, fans etc.) can be invited to join the conversation between player and Coach. They can view the chat feed between Student and Coach as well as leave text messages.
